Wattkieker in Harlesiel

I thought the food was expensive, but it was good. My brother-in-law had a (minor) complaint. It was accepted in a friendly and professional manner. There are child seats and booster seats for the middle class. Almost next to it there is a large and beautiful playground.

Tourist mass handling. It was really busy. There was hardly any distance. The food counter did not wear a face mask. The person who collected opened the bag from the inside with the same hand with which he had just collected. Apart from that, everyone looked so well, but we didn't feel safe here. We just wanted to get a fish roll and were glad to be out again quickly. I had a crab roll for € 7.50 and wasn't allowed to choose it. There were two more and I wanted the front one, which looked a lot better. The man at the waitress only said that it was exactly the same on the other and gave me the other bun. I found that very cheeky. He wouldn't have broken a point from his crown if he had given me the other. This is called customer service.

Unfortunately, we can only award one star here for well-designed rooms, but here too you have to rush outside to get to the toilets. Restaurant visitors also pay parking fees here. Long waiting times for food, cold potatoes and French fries. Children screaming and barking dogs don't really fit in a restaurant either, or is this an adventure playground? All in all, a botched vacation day.

Super delicious food. Staff very helpful and friendly. And civil prices on top of that. I can only recommend it.

In the Wattkieker you can sit down very comfortably inside and outside. All employees are very friendly and the hygiene concept is right! Depending on your taste, you can eat ice cream, cakes, fish dishes, fish rolls and tarte flambée here. The prices are not overpriced. Everything tastes wonderful and with a great view of the beach, harbor and sea you can really relax.

I've been there several times and I'm thrilled. Under Corona regulations, we were excited about the great dishes on offer. A great price-performance ratio! Nice advice and fast service inspire us very much. Very romantic sunsets! 😉👌

A great terrace to linger. The food is wonderful. We took a 3 day vacation and stayed here every day. Any questions? It was great!!

Today again very tasty fed in the Wattkieker. There was: Fried fish in beer batter and fries with it. The fried fish was fresh and very tasty in the beer batter. The fries portion was large and they were crispy and not as wobbly as in some other places. For dessert we had each ordered 3 scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was delicious and not watered down and the scoops were big. The restaurant is highly recommended :-)

The location of the restaurant is very nice, especially in the evening at sunset. We went because we wanted to eat something vegan. There were french fries, vegan burgers and salad, all of a quality that was not worth mentioning. If I could only eat vegan in a restaurant that badly, I would never eat out. There are three stars for the hygiene concept and the view.

Very well and good. Fish, coffee and ice cream are tasty. You pick up the finished food and get a buzzer to know when it's ready. The restaurant is also accessible by wheelchair by elevator. Tables and chairs are disinfected and wiped clean after leaving.

Very good concept also with the handling of the Corona guidelines. The food was delicious and the prices reasonable. Great value for money, great location and view of the beach or the sea, delicious food and friendly staff. The only drawback to get to the toilet is to leave the restaurant and walk around the outside and one floor below. Unfortunately, with a young child the journey can be a little too long.

A great atmosphere and a great location on the beach. I have never eaten fish so well in my life. Will come back again and again on vacation.

A very nicely located restaurant right on the coast. Super organized. This is particularly important here during the Corona crisis. Otherwise it can be said that the prices are fair, the service is good and the food is delicious.

On vacation we were there several times, as you can see from the pictures: D. Great tasty food at fair prices. Great fish rolls for the small appetite, large selection but also for a little more appetite, also to take away. Because of this place alone, I would go back to Harlesiel at any time.

A really great big restaurant. In addition to good food, the staff is also very nice and helpful. Super great and also large terrace from which you have a wonderful view of the sea. Hygiene is very important. A clean and hygienic toilet facility. I come here again anytime.

Large portion of sheep's cheese with salad for 8.90 euros see photos. Fresh and cheap matjesbrötchen 2.80 euros. Vegan food is also available. Nice view from the terraces all around. Tables are disinfected.

A very nice and great beach restaurant with a wonderful panoramic view of the Wadden Sea and the port or port access from Harlesiel. I don't need to write much about the ambience and cleanliness, everything is just right here. The fish dishes were simply a dream, we were here 3 times within a week of vacation ... so I imagine prepared fish. The prices for the fresh fish dishes are also in order.

Very nice to stay with a view of the water or more watts depending on the time :-) Friendly staff and good selection of food and drinks. We like to sit there. Sanitary facility is clean.

We enjoyed it! Arrived at 11:00 am with a gush of other guests and still ate delicious and fresh very quickly. Ambience is cozy and inviting and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back! P.S .: Here you can find vegetarian and vegan dishes! Not a matter of course in this area! Praise for it!

Good to sit outside sheltered from the wind

The food was good and served in a nice environment but the service in general was bad and the service personnel were rude and unfriendly. Only one of the staff was nice. She had brown hair.

Awesome restaurant with a beautiful view, very nice employes and most importantly: The best selection in vegetarian dishes in the entire norther German region! Would recommend to anyone visiting the northsea coast.
